Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request its return.

In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, with the original tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your country of residence is not Switzerland, it may take longer than expected to ship the goods.

Damages and Malfunctions

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and solve it.

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as custom orders (special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Changes

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

Once we receive and check the return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made automatically using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the bank or credit card company may take some time to process and credit your refund.
